Outfielder Rob Deer of the Milwaukee Brewers needed stitches to close a gash in his forearm after a scuffle with a party crasher during a team party in Baltimore Thursday night.
Deer, the team’s leading home run hitter, was treated at a hospital emergency room and released early Friday morning.
