Arcadia Student Wins Trip to Europe, Asia

An Arcadia student has been awarded a plaque and a trip to Europe and Asia for his outstanding achievements.
Brian L. Smith, a ninth-grader at First Avenue Junior High School, was nominated by his Boy Scout Troup and was one of three youths nationwide to win the R.G. Canning Special Award.
