BOUNCE BACK: Curt Pringle only served one Assembly term before losing to Democrat Tom Umberg last November, but the Garden Grove Republican hopes he isn’t through with Sacramento. A source says Pringle has been calling on former colleagues in the capital to drum up support for an appointment in the new administration of Gov. Pete Wilson, a fellow Republican. . . . Pringle says only that he doesn’t “have anything nailed down strong” yet, so he won’t say what job he’s angling for or expects to be offered.
