Australian Man Charged in Cocaine Smuggling Case

SYDNEY, Australia — An unemployed Australian man was arrested Friday at Sydney’s international airport for trying to smuggle in cocaine with a street value of $11 million, a customs offical said. The suspect was charged with importing and possessing 44 pounds of cocaine hidden inside three solar water heating panels sent by air freight from Ecuador.
