HemaCare Corp., a Sherman Oaks company that provides blood products and blood-related medical services, said that two of its directors resigned and their replacements were elected by the board. Antone J. Lazos, chairman and chief executive of Medical Imaging Centers of America Inc. in San Diego, and Thomas O. Gephart, senior partner of Ventana Venture Fund in Irvine, resigned from the board.
