Darrell Walker of the Washington Bullets was fined $4,500 and Dale Ellis of the Milwaukee Bucks was fined $2,000 by the NBA for their roles in an incident after a game Friday night at Milwaukee.
Rod Thorn, the league’s vice president for operations, ruled that Ellis initiated the confrontation by challenging Walker, who threw the only punch.
