Angel conditioning coach Jimmie Reese, who was hospitalized for treatment of phlebitis in his left leg during the last week of spring training, has been released from St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange and is at his Westwood home.
Reese, 86, is expected to be in uniform for the Angels’ home opener Monday against the Oakland Athletics.
