Idol on View: Billy Idol fans, listen up. Your idol has scheduled a concert for 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the 1,900-seat Wilshire Theatre in Beverly Hills. Tickets--$20 each--go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the theater. No lineup allowed until 8 a.m.
