George Bush’s Gulf Tears

To the President’s assertion that he wept before starting the Persian Gulf War (front page, June 7) I say “Blasphemer! Hypocrite!” Who was it who strode into Congress the day after the bombing started, amid thunderous applause, grinning ear to ear, and actually giggled as he began to speak? None other than George Bush himself! This man has brought dishonor to our great nation and should be impeached.
