Blaze Destroys Lodge

GRAND MARAIS, Minn. — A rapidly spreading fire destroyed a three-story lakeside lodge early Friday, injuring at least six people and forcing some occupants to jump from windows to escape the inferno, authorities said. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
