Car Fire in Garage Spreads to House

El Toro — A car fire that began in a garage on Friday caused $25,000 in damage to the house, authorities said.
Capt. Dan Young of the Orange County Fire Department said the fire began at about 10:20 a.m. in the 2400 block of Calle El Toro Grande.
Young said a 1978 Cadillac that had just been started by Dr. Robert Epps, the owner of the house, caught fire and the blaze quickly spread to the structure.
