Columbia Licenses Films to German TV: Columbia Pictures said it signed a three-year agreement to license films and TV series to RTL-Plus, the German broadcaster. The agreement applies to all major Columbia films released after January, 1991. In addition, Columbia will produce a game show, “Photo Finish,” for RTL-Plus.
