Bank Robbed of $300 in East S.D.

A branch of Glendale Federal Bank was robbed Wednesday by a man who escaped with $300, San Diego police said.
The man entered the bank, at 5998 El Cajon Blvd., about 1:30 p.m., police said.
He presented a demand note, then escaped with the money on foot. No weapon was seen.
