Norway Agrees to Print Passports for Lithuania

OSLO — Norway’s Central Bank said Thursday that it will print 5,000 Lithuanian diplomatic passports and is negotiating over printing money for the Baltic state.
In July, before Norway and about 40 other states decided to establish diplomatic links with the Baltics, Oslo turned down a request to print Lithuanian bank notes.
