Roger Shively has joined Carl Karcher Enterprises Inc. in Anaheim as vice president of human resources. He succeeds John Kubas, who has relocated to the San Francisco area to become the franchise owner of two Carl’s Jr. restaurants. Shively was formerly vice president of human resources for Denny’s Inc. Carl Karcher Enterprises is the parent company of the Carl’s Jr. chain of restaurants.
