Company Sells 1% of Its Quantum Shares: Mutual Ventures of South Dakota Inc., a wholly owned unit of Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co., has reduced its stake in Quantum Health Resources Inc. of Orange by almost 1%, to 4.6%. Mutual Ventures sold 120,000 shares in October for $19.62 to $20 each, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
