Moiseyev Records His 4,000 Victory

FREEHOLD, N.J. — Jack Moiseyev, the nation’s leading harness driver this year, got his 4,000th career victory, driving U R Cagey to victory in 1:59 2/5 Saturday at Freehold Raceway.

Moiseyev, 31, has won 701 races this year, 99 more than his closest rival, Herve Filion, and is well on his way to his first national driving title.
