P.S. Loves Kirk and Anne: The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce has chosen Kirk and Anne Douglas as its 1992 Citizens of the Year and will honor the couple for their philanthropic work in the desert at a luncheon Feb. 6. The two have been homeowners in Palm Springs for more than 30 years.
