Jordan Elgrably’s slavish paean to a pornographer (“Anti-Macho Man,” Jan. 19) demonstrates one thing very clearly: If the Francos of this world wrap their greed and lust for power in the flag of patriotism and love of tradition, then it is equally true that the Pedro Almodovars of this world wrap their immorality and perversion in the banner of innovation and free expression.
