Fox Broadcasting, the Fox studio’s television network, has named Rick Bieber president of its Century City-based FNM Films unit. Bieber, 40, will be responsible for developing and commissioning made-for-TV movies to appear on the network’s Monday night movie slot. Bieber previously was a president and partner with Michael Douglas in Stonebridge Entertainment.
