More of the Doog: ABC’s “Doogie Howser, M.D.” will be back for a fourth season. The network ordered 22 more episodes of the show, its No. 1 Wednesday night series. The program, starring Neil Patrick Harris as teen-age doctor Doogie, is produced by Steven Bochco.
