Bush Goes to Maine for Five-Day Holiday

KENNEBUNKPORT, Me. — President Bush was spending a chilly extended holiday weekend at his oceanfront home where carpenters are still repairing the damage from last autumn’s storm.
Three inches of snow fell overnight and temperatures were in the 30s as Bush and his wife, Barbara, hunkered down in Walker’s Point for a five-day stay.
