Cedars-Sinai’s Expansion Plans

I was so pleased to read the article in the Westside section of Sunday’s Times about the expansion plans for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
I live just a few blocks from the center, and I volunteer three days a week. Each day I witness firsthand the miracles that a health care institution of Cedars-Sinai’s caliber can create. To keep creating such miracles a medical center has to have the latest technology and medical equipment.
I am delighted that the medical center’s board of directors is farsighted enough to plan for the necessary facilities to meet our future health care needs. I wish them well in making the new plan a reality.
