Peer Honors: Barbra Streisand, who directed last year’s Oscar-nominated “The Prince of Tides,” will present certificates of recognition to 29 women directors of feature films released in 1991-92 as part of today’s Women in Film luncheon at the Beverly Hilton. In addition, the group’s Crystal Awards will go to Maya Angelou, Diahann Carroll, Martha Coolidge and Lily Tomlin.
