Standing Ovations: Theatre LA’s Ovation awards for lifetime achievement in Los Angeles theater are going this year to Mayor Tom Bradley, Center Theatre Group’s Gordon Davidson, the late producer Franklin Levy, Padua Hills Playwrights’ Festival founder Murray Mednick, musical star John Raitt, Bilingual Foundation for the Arts producing director Carmen Zapata and the ARCO Foundation. The awards will be presented Nov. 16 at the Doolittle Theatre.
