Golden State Bank Adds Barker, Zak to Its Directors

Edward Hill Barker and Jonathan Michael Zak have been appointed to the board of directors of Golden State Bank in Irvine. Barker is with Carpenter & Co., a financial consulting and management firm in Irvine. He is also a visiting lecturer at USC’s Graduate School of Business Administration and the University of La Verne, as well as the director of the advanced management program with the Peter F. Drucker Management Center of the Claremont Graduate School. Zak is an attorney and agent for Athletes for Athletes.
