Van Nuys 13, Marshall 7--Strong defense and a solid rushing attack earned the Wolves a victory over the visiting Barristers.
Senior tailback Bill Calhoun led the Wolves (2-1) with 78 yards in 18 carries and one touchdown.
Van Nuys held the Barristers (2-1)scoreless until the fourth quarter and stopped them on a final drive.
