Ratings Champ: Michael Jackson, the self-appointed king of pop, has become king of the ratings at HBO. Last Saturday’s “one-time-only” broadcast of “Michael Jackson in Concert in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour” has emerged as the highest-rated original entertainment program ever on HBO, scoring a 21.4 rating and attracting a 34% share of the audience, outperforming NBC, ABC and CBS combined in homes that have HBO.
