Pitzer Dean to Direct Watson Foundation

Jim Lehman, dean of students at Pitzer College, will take a two-year leave of absence to become executive director of the Thomas J. Watson Foundation in Providence, R.I., beginning June 1. The foundation’s fellowship program enables college graduates of exceptional promise to engage in a year of independent study and travel abroad after graduation.
