Sunny Hills 3, Bakersfield Highland 1--The Lancers (21-2) defeated Highland, 15-8, 7-15, 15-9, 15-3, advancing to Tuesday’s regional final to play at second-seeded Torrey Pines, which defeated Torrance Bishop Montgomery, 15-9, 16-14, 3-15, 10-15, 15-13.

In Division III:

Newport Harbor 3, Atascadero 0--Misty May had 16 kills and five aces to lead host Newport Harbor to a 15-10, 15-13, 15-10 sweep of Atascadero (12-7). The Sailors (17-5) will meet South Torrance, a 15-6, 15-7, 15-8 winner over La Jolla, in the regional final at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Corona del Mar High.

In Division V:

Calvary Chapel 3, Los Angeles Brentwood 0--Courtney Owens had 26 kills to lead Calvary Chapel to a 15-10, 16-14, 15-11 sweep over host Brentwood (16-3). Calvary Chapel (17-3) will meet Capistrano Valley Christian in the regional final Tuesday.

Capistrano Valley Christian 3, Reedley Immanuel 0--Kathleen Bunce had 19 kills for host and defending Division V State champion Capistrano Valley Christian (20-0) in a 15-7, 15-11, 15-12 sweep. Reedley Immanuel is 21-5.
