All in the Cards: Ginger Rogers has settled her lawsuit against Portal Publications of California for using a shot of her dancing with Fred Astaire on a greeting card. Portal has agreed to donate money by Dec. 18 to a charity named by Rogers. The amount and name of the charity were not disclosed. The card featured a montage of stars, including Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Charlie Chaplin and characters from the “Wizard of Oz.” Of those depicted, only Rogers, 81, is still living.
