Briefly Told: Russia’s first independent TV channel, called TV6 Moscow, goes on the air on New Year’s Day. It’s a joint venture of Turner Broadcasting System Inc. and Moscow Independent Broadcasting Co. . . . On Sunday, ABC kicks off its new “Good Morning America/Sunday” show, with Bill Ritter and Dana King hosting (7 a.m., KABC Channel 7). . . . TBS will telecast the Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday Parade live from Atlanta on Jan. 26. Actor Clifton Davis, singer Nancy Wilson and sports announcer Craig Sager will host.
