STAYING ON: The Share Our Selves board didn’t have to go far to find a new executive director for the Costa Mesa agency that feeds 25,000 people a month. Karen McGlinn, who co-founded the group 22 years ago and has been acting director since last July, got the nod. . . . McGlinn says her biggest challenge will be the 30% annual increases in the number of people needing help.
