In response to your editorial, “Let the Mideast Negotiations Resume,” Feb. 3:
The maneuver by Secretary of State Warren Christopher and Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin to prevent sanctions against Israel for defiance of Resolution 799 displays contempt for the United Nations, international law, justice, human rights and anti-Arab racism. There can be no peace without justice and justice can never be achieved in negotiations controlled by tricksters who have no ethics.
