Pacific Sunwear Stock: Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. said Thursday that it has filed with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of 1.7 million shares of common stock. The offering, which would generate about $22 million, would be managed by Robertson, Stephens & Co. and Alex. Brown & Sons Inc.
Pacific Sunwear, a Santa Ana-based specialty retailer that sells young men’s clothing and accessories, operates 60 stores in seven states, including 47 in California and 13 in Arizona.
