Clasped Hands Completes Discussions for Merger

Clasped Hands Inc., a Valencia water-bottling operation, has completed amalgamation talks with Provident Ventures Corp. of Calgary.
If the merger is approved by shareholders, the new company will become Americana Natural Waters Inc. and have incorporation in both California and Canada.
Clasped Hands’ new water bottling plant in Valencia is expected to open in April, pending certification and licensing for operation by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration.
The plant will be able to produce 105 million bottles per year.
