Independence One Bank Appoints New Vice President

Jim Martin has joined Independence One Bank of California in Mission Viejo as first vice president of the corporate banking division. He was previously vice president of commercial and corporate lending at Union Bank in Irvine. Before that, Martin was with Security Pacific National Bank.
