Purchase Agreement: CAM Data Systems Inc. of Fountain Valley said it has agreed to buy the assets of Marriner Systems of Laguna Beach. Terms of the pending deal were not disclosed.
Marriner develops software for retailers while CAM Data develops inventory management, retailing and accounting systems for small retailers and wholesalers.
