BUENA PARK : Orientation Tonight For Literacy Tutors

Those interested in helping adults to read are invited to attend an orientation for literacy tutors tonight from 6:30 to 8 at Buena Park Library.
Workshops for literacy volunteers will begin Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and continue on Nov. 6, 9 and 13.
According to the Literacy Volunteers of America Inc., one out of five adults cannot read and tutors are needed to help someone become literate.
