Narrow Outlook?

Would it not serve a good purpose for American travelers to receive advisories on places within the United States? After all, the dangers of traveling to Miami, Fla., for instance, are astronomically worse than the two deaths you reported (“Travel Advisory,” Dec. 5) for the months of October and November as a result of bombings and violence in 10 major cities in Europe.
