Hubble Repairs

NASA personnel are congratulating themselves on the recent repair of the Hubble telescope. It reminds me of an auto manufacture’s recall to correct design or manufacturing defects., In the Hubble case the cost is greater and paid for by taxpayers, not by shareholders.
