Regulatory Supervision of Citicorp Ends: Citicorp said the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York have ended two years of close regulatory supervision since the banking company’s financial condition has improved. Termination of the supervision could clear the way for Citicorp to pay its first quarterly dividend, suspended since October, 1991. In February, 1992, supervision was imposed because of bad loans.
