Promoter Promoted: Arlene Eisenstadt-Kaye, marketing director for Laguna Hills Mall, has been promoted to regional marketing director for the O’Connor Group, a New York-based mall owner and operator. She joined the O’Connor Group in 1990. In her new post she’ll oversee marketing programs at Laguna Hills Mall, the Promenade at Woodland Hills, Anaheim Plaza (which is being renovated) and Mission Center in Sherwood Gardens, Calif. She’ll also oversee three malls in Texas.
