Jerald P. Lewis has been appointed president and chief executive of First American Trust Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Financial Corp. in Santa Ana. He succeeds Thomas C. Casey, who will become vice chairman after serving as president since 1992. Charles A. Potter, who was chairman and chief executive, will remain chairman. Lewis previously spent more than 30 years at San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, most recently as senior vice president and trust services group manager.
