SOUTH-CENTRAL : Free Health Forum and Fair Planned

The Hubert Humphrey Comprehensive Health Center is sponsoring a free public health forum and health fair Tuesday and Thursday.
The health fair will include HIV screening, foot exams, tuberculosis screening and immunizations, as well as some showers for the homeless.
The forum will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at 5850 S. Main Street and the fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at 3345 E. 51st Street.
“This is to familiarize people with the services provided at our facility and other facilities that are part of the county,” said Paula Bennett, an administrative assistant for the center’s nursing department.
