The Oakland Athletics’ final roster cuts left their bullpen with only one left-handed pitcher, 15-year veteran Dave Righetti. Relievers Ed Vosberg and Vince Horsman were sent to triple-A Tacoma, and pitcher Kelly Downs, a member of the A’s starting rotation last season, was designated for reassignment.
