Realtors Convene: Nearly 20,000 real estate brokers from around the country will kick off their annual convention and trade exposition in Anaheim Friday. President Clinton and Henry Cisneros, secretary of housing and urban development, will address the group Saturday morning and unveil a plan the Administration says will increase homeownership among middle-income Americans. It will be the first time the National Assn. of Realtors has held its yearly gathering in California since 1988.
