Pump Prices Decline: The average price nationwide for all grades of gasoline, including taxes, was $1.35.28 per gallon on Friday, said Trilby Lundberg, whose Lundberg Survey monitors prices at 10,000 gas stations across the country. That is 1.58 cents less than two weeks ago. Prices increased by 20.6 cents a gallon this year before peaking at just above $1.38 per gallon in late May. The analyst said the supply shortages of early this year have been corrected and that pressure for lower prices will continue now that Iraq can sell oil abroad. Lundberg said unleaded regular gas at self-service pumps is leading the price decline.
