* Community Conscience Human Services Center in Thousand Oaks awarded its quarterly Community Conscience Award to Lorraine McKeighan of Thousand Oaks.
McKeighan, 75, has volunteered at the Conejo Free Clinic as a medical receptionist for the past 10 years.
