Annie Garcia; Retired TownHouse Housekeeper

Annie Garcia of Ventura, a retired housekeeper for the Ventura TownHouse, died Wednesday in a Santa Paula care facility after a lengthy illness. She was 91.
Garcia was born March 27, 1905, in Jolon, Calif. Her family moved to Ventura in the 1920s, where Garcia had lived since. She worked 20 years as a housekeeper at the Ventura TownHouse.
She married Tony Garcia in 1930. He died in 1968.
Garcia is survived by daughters Isabelle Stokes of Glendora and JoAnne Garcia of Ventura; son Alfred Garcia of Camarillo; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Joe Carbajal, and a sister, Irene Rodarte.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday at the Joseph P. Reardon Funeral Home, Ventura. A burial Mass will be held at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday in San Buenaventura Mission, Ventura. Msgr. Patrick O’Brien will officiate.
Friends may visit at the funeral home from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday.
Burial will be in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura.
